Rancho Bernardo Inn has many different locations for your San Diego wedding ceremony. Tonight’s ceremony was held over on the Valencia Lawn. There is a fountain well located near the ceremony and our couple put a box of pennies on it with a note to make a special wish for our newlyweds. The sports and football themed reception was held in the San Bernardo Ballroom. The groom’s cake was a fun football field with the couple running from the “Single” side to the “Married” side of the field. The uplighting really warmed up the room and the gobo monogram projection on the wall above the couple’s sweetheart table added some interest. You can see the before and after photos below. After the cake cutting we showed a nice 8 minute photo slide show of our bride’s mother that passed away a short time ago. It was a nice way to celebrate her life and have her be a special part of our couple’s wedding. Dancing went really well tonight. We had a little bit of a late start but they really ate it up. We were scheduled to end at 12 midnight but the bride ran up to me and wanted to extend until 1 am. At about 12:15 the staff told the bride and groom that the event had to end at 12 midnight so we closed the evening out with their last dance. Overall a great wedding!

If you want your wedding to go off without a hitch, we urge you to hire a Positive Energy DJ! He picked up the slack in coordinating the entire event, solved problems, announced perfectly, and was very flexible with a stressed couple! More importantly, the dance floor was always full! You won’t have to worry about the playlist whatsoever, he plays what you want to hear. Our monogrammed GOBO was projected on the wall behind our sweetheart table and was truly remarkable. The red upllighting all around the room really made it elegant and professional. The room was transformed!
We will always ask Positive Energy to DJ all of our future events, and are forever grateful to Kris for making our wedding truly unforgettable. It’s been months since our wedding, and our guests still rave about “the best wedding we’ve ever been to!”
Thanks again. We will truly never forget your attention to detail!

PS: The photo montage for my mother was so beautiful. Kris played it up on a huge screen that he placed perfectly for all to see. My father was so moved, he came to ask me to dance as it played in the background. All of your music, lighting, coordination, announcing and audio/visual needs can be handled simply by Positive Energy DJ services. The photo montage was a perfect way to have my mom at my wedding. Thankis again!
